A Busy Spring Schedule
July 2006

Crosspurpose International logged over 3, 000 miles across 5 states for a total of 9 venues of ministry during the 2006 spring schedule. Local church revival meetings, a tent revival and Southland Bible Institute were all places that Charlie and Paula Orr were privileged to minister to during the months of April and May.

People were saved, revived and encouraged as Charlie Orr preached the Word of God through expository sermons. Paula Orr sang and was a worship leader during various meetings on the busy ministry tour. Her health had improved enough for her to actively participate on the road for this length of time with Charlie for the first time in several years.

After finishing up the month, Charlie flew to Iowa for a meeting at the First Baptist Church, Vinton, Iowa. In June, Charlie and Paula traveled back to Flatwoods, Kentucky for a  Student Camp sponsored by Temple Baptist Church. The theme for the week was “A Higher Call...is it in you?” based on Phil. 3:14.

of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Charlie preached significant messages to the students that dealt with relevant topics such as genuine salvation, resisting temptation, forgiveness, and  total commitment. Paula was the worship leader for the meetings each night.

The students were a lively bunch and enjoyed singing many worship songs as well as the theme song  especially arranged for their camp.

This was a great time as many participants realized their need of Christ and others made deeper
commitments to walk with Him in the coming year.
